Fine Stitch Design LLC provides embroidery, stitching and textile customization services. Quotes are based on the information and artwork you provide.
2. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change if order details, quantities or artwork change. Production begins after sample or proof approval where applicable.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or are authorised to use any logos and designs you submit. We are not responsible for any infringement arising from artwork supplied by you.
4. Samples & Approval
Where a sample or proof is provided, your approval confirms the design, placement and colours for production. Approved orders proceed on that basis.
5. Turnaround & Delivery
We provide estimated timelines in good faith. Delivery dates depend on order size, artwork readiness and approval times.
6. Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. Large or bulk orders may require a deposit.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
